Being with AIOU for last so many years, I came across a lot of students who wanted to seek guidance but did not know where to go to. For long, I had this recurring desire to do something for such lonely souls, to setup a forum on which students can share their problems and seek help. This could be done by building a website.

Fortunately, I found a very sincere friend Mr. Fawad Uppal who encouraged me to pursue this dream to help others and offered his services for building a website. We finally launched www.pakstudents.com.pk in May 2003, and till now we are operating it very successfully, Alhamdolillah. Though, still in its infancy, the site provides registration module (where old/current students of AIOU MBA students can register). Also, rich resource of past papers of AIOU MBA are also available.

I have had the privilege to receive the best education all through my life. I strongly believe that the quality education marks a significant difference in personal and professional life. I felt it’s my obligation to contribute back this knowledge and help others in achieving their dreams.

I met Mr. Muhammed Azeem in early 2003 and was very much inspired by his strong commitment to do something for students who lack guidance and support from society in general. After long discussions and lots of brain storming sessions, we came up with the idea of launching www.pakstudents.com.pk and launched it in May 2003. Having computer science background, I undertook the task of site development and maintenance issues.

My objective is to utilize the knowledge and skills gained throughout my educational career efficiently for the progress of my country.

The chances to improve our skill set, once in practical life are rather scarce. Also, the general frame set of our working class does not encourage others or aim for themselves for higher education during full time job. Yet ‘Distance Learning’ provides a flexible and convenient path for aspiring souls.

The site is still in its infancy and we expect it to evolve to the level where AIOU MBA students can refer to it as the most valuable educational resource.
